• • Contractual and billing data: retained for 10 years in accordance with Swiss accounting obligations (CO Art. 958f).

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

In accordance with the nFADP and GDPR, Quantik Mind applies the principles of Privacy by Design and Privacy by Default. This means that data protection is embedded into our product architecture and engineering practices from the outset, and that the highest level of data protection is activated by default — without requiring any action from the user.

In the event of a personal data breach, Quantik Mind will notify the competent supervisory authority (FDPIC) without undue delay, and in any case within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, where feasible. Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, we will also notify affected data subjects directly and without undue delay. Notifications will include a description of the nature of the breach, the categories of data affected, and the measures taken or proposed to address the breach.
